Mat Scanlon has more than 25 years of construction and project delivery experience across major commercial, healthcare, education, sporting, hospitality and residential projects.
With qualifications in Planning & Design and Property & Construction from the University of Melbourne, Mat brings together construction, planning, commercial and design-management experience. His career has included the delivery of major institutional buildings, large commercial office developments, heritage building projects, hotels, apartment developments and architecturally designed residential projects.
At ArcAbodes, Mat leads project feasibility, design and consultant coordination, value management, procurement, contract administration and construction delivery, with a strong focus on practical buildability, commercial outcomes and quality project delivery.
Rod Wiese is a Chartered Professional Civil and Environmental Engineer with more than 27 years of experience across commercial, industrial, residential, government and infrastructure projects.
Rod has founded and led successful engineering consultancies and has extensive experience in civil infrastructure, flood assessment, integrated water management, WSUD, project feasibility and technical risk. His professional background includes leadership roles within Stormwater Victoria and Stormwater Australia, specialist advisory work for government and the private sector, and recognition within the Australian water industry.
At ArcAbodes, Rod provides strategic engineering input across project feasibility, consultant coordination, technical review, risk management and construction planning, strengthening the team’s ability to assess and deliver technically complex projects.
